Biography

I graduated from the Emory University in 2003 with highest honors in economics and mathematics. In the summer of 2011, I received my Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego. I joined the fiscal analysis section of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in 2011 and became the section chief in 2020.

My research focuses on macroeconomics, computational economics, and public finance. I am interested in questions about optimal taxation solved in macroeconomic models.
